As the SBI PO mains exam gross to a close it is a time for candidate to breathe a sight of relief and to start preparing for the next phase i.e The Interview. This year SBI took a big leap towards more competitive and a tougher examination as compared to previous year. This strategy was surprising as they indulge in some out of box thinking. Different Weightage for Different Question Even though the examination was tough their is no need to panic as the examination was tough for every one.

Expected cut off is 70-80.

 The puzzles which were prominent part of previous examination didn’t form a major part this year. 2 QUESTION ON COMPUTER BASED ON FLOW CHART, which simply means that accuracy will play an important role. SBI repeated the legacy of PO Pre with Zero Questions From Static Computer . Below is the table depicting the exact analysis of this section.

At least SBI did not experiment with this and kept it simple.   • Instead of word fillers, they asked Statement Fillers- 5 Questions (Tough)
  • Antonyms and Synonyms have been asked separately – 7 To 8 Questions (Moderate To Difficult)
  • In fact a new set of questions have been introduced which asked Two statements are given and 3 connectors to connect the above statements without changing the meaning of both statements – 5 Questions (Tough)
  • 5 statements are given in para jumbled form and asked when we arrange these line to form a paragraph which statement doesn’t mach with the theme of the paragraph formed. The below tables describes the exact analysis- 5 Questions (Tough)

This section was difficult for students. The questions were tough and time taking. Exact analysis of this section is as follows.
